ACADEMIC APPEALS NOTICE

This policy applies to all staff employed by Merlin Supply Chain Solutions or Sub-Contractors engaged on behalf of or any of its outreach centres, where the qualification is delivered regardless of race, gender, disability, religion, age or sexual orientation, who assess candidates’ work.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you are dissatisfied with our service bring it to our attention

A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction concerning Merlin Supply Chain Solutions product or service.  Merlin Supply Chain Solutions take all complaints extremely seriously and all staff are trained and committed to rectify any problem as soon as it is brought to their attention.

It is the responsibility of each employee to familiarise themselves and comply with the Company’s procedures and systems on health and safety. PREVENT POLICY

Prevent people of all ages being drawn into radicalised

Merlin Academy recognises its responsibilities under the Counter Terrorism & Security Act 2015 to prevent people of all ages being radicalised or drawn into terrorism. Prevent is about safeguarding people and communities from the threat of terrorism. Prevent is 1 of the 4 elements of CONTEST, the Government’s counter-terrorism strategy. It aims to stop people becoming terrorists or supporting terrorism. The school promotes a multicultural environment where respect for, and tolerance of, other people’s beliefs is required at all times.

To work in close co-operation with Clients, Suppliers and Sub-contractors to provide the right quality work and service, first time.

Actively to seek Client feedback and to use this as a format for continuous assessment and improvement.

SAMPLING STRATEGY

Quality assurance is critical to the success of qualification delivery

The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that the quality expectations of our awarding organisation are met and documents which support the course strand of our business are issued and maintained under controlled conditions. Quality assurance is critical to the success of vocational qualification delivery and this policy forms an important part of our overall Quality Management System
 

TABLET POLICY

Personal issue for the duration of the apprenticeship

Merlin Supply Chain Solutions Limited will issue Apprentices with Tablet to complete their studies.  This is a personal issue for the duration of the Apprenticeship and on completion of the Apprenticeship, or if the Apprentice leaves the programme early, will return the Tablet to Merlin Supply Chain Solutions in the condition in which it was received.
