- Differentiation between capability and conduct in disciplinary situations
- Evidence based, methodical and fair handling of disciplinary situations
- Understanding and compliance with your companies disciplinary procedures and the ACAS code of practice
- How to set SMART objectives against which performance can be managed
- The use of appropriate communication skills and conflict management in the disciplinary and grievance process
